Cephus is the son of Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, and ex-girlfriend Oriel Jamie. The duo dated for two years, starting from early 2013.
They welcomed their son with marriage in 2015. Offset was at the age of 24, while Jamie was 20. However, after the birth of their only son, they parted ways for reasons unknown.
As apparent in Jamie’s Instagram, Cephus has lived with his mom since his parent’s separation.
That being said, he also spends quality time with his father. On his 6th birthday, Offset shared a glimpse of his birthday celebration through an Instagram post, where the father-duo twinned their pose under the letter balloons.

Cephus’s father Offset is prominently known as one part of the hip hop trio Migos, including fellow rappers Takeoff and Quavo.
Formed in 2009, the trio has released three successful studio albums, Young Rich Nation, Culture, and Culture II, in 2015, 2017, and 2018 respectively.
Aside from his collaboration with Migos’ partners, Offset has also released his songs and even partnered with other musical artists like Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, and Drake. His notable songs include Legacy, Father of 4, Red Room, and Lick, among many others.
Unlike his father, Cephus’s mother hasn’t earned celebrity stardom; nevertheless, she has a well-built career in the beauty industry.
The Instagram model owns and manages Jamie’s studio, a beauty-based posh studio that offers eyebrow shaping services along with hair removal, facials, brow tinting, and lash extensions.

Cephus’s Extended Family, Siblings
As the second youngest kid of Offset, Cephus has a pretty extended family from his father’s side. He has four stepmothers and four step-siblings.
His eldest stepbrother Jordan Cephus arrived into the world from his father’s romantic connection with Justine Watson. Offset was at the age of 17 at the time.
Then, his other sibling is step-sister Kalea Marie Cephus. Obviously, they are not twins, but they were both born in 2015. Offset has Kalea with fellow rappers Shya L’Amour.
Cephus’s other two step-siblings are from his dad’s relationship with the famous rapper Cardi B, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar.
Offset married Cardi B in September 2017 through an intimate wedding ceremony, following a whirlwind romance that started in January 2017. The duo welcomed their first child -- Cephus’ third half-sibling -- Kulture Kiari in July 2018.
Then, they gifted Cephus with his fifth sibling, a baby boy, in September 2021. His name hasn’t been public knowledge yet.

On July 15, 2021, the Red Room singer took to Instagram to share his oldest and second oldest children were together. The kids sported matching light blue Gucci T-shirts with a pair of blue jeans.
