On July 27, 1968, Cliff Curtis was born as a Leo to George Curtis and Mrs. Curtis in Rotorua, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Cliff grew up with 6 other siblings. His father was an amateur dancer by profession. Growing up, Cliff faced an abusive upbringing as he was raised by a single dad.
