Prominent American actor, singer, and comedian Jamie Foxx has proved again and again over his 30-year career that he is one of the most versatile actors in Hollywood with his Academy Award and Oscar-winning performances.
Although we are completely aware of his professional life, did you know that Jamie Foxx was in several unstable relationships but has never been married and doesn't intend to?
Among his partners, his relationship with actress Katie Holmes was considered as Hollywood’s one of the favorite undercover couples. Although they remained tight-lipped about their relationship their cute and endless romance was loved by many.
However, their sweet and secret love story came to an end in 2019 after years of breakup rumors.
Since the break up with his partner Katie Holmes, Jamie wasn’t seen with anyone new and also hasn’t felt any pressure to start dating again let alone get married.
As of now, father of 2 beautiful daughters, (Corinne Foxx and Annalise Bishop), actor Jamie Foxx is having a great time with his family and he revealed to E! News Daily Pop that married life never appealed to him and he just doesn’t need the pressure of being married. Jamie stated that
"A lot of those marriages ended up not doing well as the kids got older. Unfortunately, we saw the kids get fractured from their families," Foxx cited of some of his pals' unions. "Us, we actually came together more. So I don't know what that is, I just know that it is different but it's a whole lot of love."
He then added,
“The pressure of being married, I don't think we can have a conversation about it. I just keep moving,”
However, despite not having an interest in getting married, Jamie enjoys being close with his family and daughters. He furthermore said,
"It was by design to have my whole family living with me because I don't want them living away from my circumstance," Foxx explained. "I want them to see and share the things that I go through. There's a lot of hard work, there's a lot of disappointment, but there's a lot of things to celebrate."
As of now, the versatile actor, Jamie seems to enjoy his bachelorhood keeping his daughters and family close.
Moreover, his both daughters also helped him for writing his book “Act Like You Got Some Sense” and Jamie is also the inspiration for his daughter Corrine’s Netflix series “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!”.
