Sasha Farber was part of the DWTS troupe member since DWTS season 14 and he was promoted to the professional dancer in DWTS season 17 where he was paired with American reality TV personality Snooki (Nicole Elizabeth LaValle) but the pair placed 8th in the show.

Sasha Farber was born as Alexander Farber on 9th May 1984 in Moscow, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic to father Michael Farber and mother Bella Farber. Sasha has a sister named Svetlana Shapshal as per siblings.
Sasha shares a wonderful bond with his family and according to his father’s day Instagram post of 2018, Sasha explained about his father’s hard work to provide for his whole family. His dad Michael brought his family (his mom, sister and Sasha) to Australia with just $100 in his pocket and he didn’t even know a word of English yet, he always made sure to provide food for his family by working days and night.
